Digital Single Lens Reflex.
DSLR (35mm equivelant) Normally Canon Professional gear used for most press, publicity, event and product photographic applications. Easily portable allowing for a fast workflow. The professional photographers usual workhorse.
Camera system resolution 10 to 21 megapixels.
1st hour £120 (within 25 mile radius of our Solihull Base)
* Minimum half day for photography services outside of the above.
Additional time per hour or part £95
Half day (4hrs) rate £350
Day rate (8hrs) £650
Shooting on Medium Format Digital.
Medium Format camera systems allow the production of more bespoke images for higher end applications. For example: Luxury automotive, prime product/locations. Photography where speed is less important but the image the client requires is for a specific purpose and/or brief. Requires more set-up/preparation time therefore full day rate only.
Camera resolution 30-80 megapixels.
Day bookings only… £1000 per day (day rate only)
Shooting on Film.
We are also able to offer traditional “Film” photographic services where this medium is deemed suitable. This is generally a “Creative” option where the look of film and the panoramic format can offer a totally different dimension to the image. For most applications digital techniques will bring the results you seek but the option is there if you wish.
Our own Linhof 617 Technorama 120 roll film camera can produce High Impact, High Resolution, Stunningly detailed images with a digital equivelant resolution of around 150 megapixels.
All formats:
* Rates as above include the supply of graded, print ready, full file images at 300dpi on disc.
* Any specific photoshop work requested is charged at £50 per hour.
* Subject to agreement with our clients, our standard copyright release is normally included.
* Rates are exclusive of travel and any further image processing costs.
*Vehicle travel costs outside of our area are charged at 50p per mile (no time charge) plus overnight hotel or flight/travel costs where applicable.
